Skillet Salt-Roasted Potatoes in the February issue, and they were
wonderful! I made it exactly as directed, except cut the recipe in half
because there are only two of us.”

my mother got sick and w e almost
lost her. I am blessed that w e have
had this time together. Although not
a “getaway” like the ones described,
each and every day that w e spend
together brings us closer and makes
our relationship stronger. I wouldn’t
give it up for anything.

Priceless.

D e l i g h t e d to see room paint colors
and their manufacturers included in
the February issue. I have asked BHG
for this feature many times and you
came through. It’s impossible to
envision wall colors from those tiny
chips without a designer’s experi-
ence and imagination. Please keep
this in every issue. It’s a winner!

they read my mind.” There have
been so many times I admired paint
colors in featured homes and
wished that I knew the manufac-

put them in.

considering letting several subscrip-

realized I cannot get this much

CORRECTION: A chart on heart-healthy
foods in the February issue mistakenly
suggested eating almonds for Omega-
3
,
a cholesterol-lowering fatty acid. Almonds
can reduce cholesterol, but walnuts are
unique among nuts for providing
Omega-
3
.
Me too!
